2nd trimester homework for the eighth grade will be due on Friday February 6th 2009. I will give the

folders out during your regular art class, but obviously some will get them before others if you wait for

your class day. You are welcome to come to the art room and pick up the next assignment at any time

if you want to get a head start.

Art Contest - Identify the artist of the month - win a prize

look at the poster located on the wall outside of the art room and see if you can solve the mystery. look on the internet, in a book or have a friend help you. Then put your answer in the jar on the big desk in the art room and Mrs. Wright will pick a winner from all of the correct answers. good luck!

2nd trimester extra credit

If you visit an art museum bring me proof of your visit and you will receive extra credit for the second trimester. This can

be in the form of a ticket, a brochure, a picture in front of your favorite piece of art, a receipt from the museum shop,

or anything else that shows which museum you visited. Use the visit a museum tab on this page and click on the links

to the various museums in our area.
